When uploading a document via email to Hubdoc, you can also create a PDF document containing the body of the email. This is helpful when the email contains additional information which relates to the document attachment. This feature converts the body of the email into a PDF document.
You can enable this feature in the settings using these steps:
1) Click 'Accounts' in the top right corner of the Hubdoc dashboard.
2) Click the 'Profile' tab.
3) Scroll down to the 'Uploading files via email' heading.
4) At the bottom of this headings section, select the box to the left of 'Always create a document from the email body'.
