Reset Quickbooks Online Integration in Hubdoc
Occasionally QBO makes some updates which require a connection reset from Hubdoc, please follow these steps to disconnect then reconnect the QuickBooks Online integration.
Disconnecting QuickBooks Online Integration
To disconnect the connection between QuickBooks Online and Hubdoc:

In Xero, click the organisation name, then select Hubdoc.

On the dashboard, click the settings icon in the top right hand corner.

Select the Integrations tab, then next to QuickBooks Online, click Disconnect

Please clear your browser cache by following the steps in this support article.
Re-connecting a QBO integration
- On the Hubdoc dashboard, click the settings icon in the top right hand corner.
- Select the Integrations tab, then next to QuickBooks Online, click Connect. It might take a minute or two to connect.
- Select your Firm’s name from the drop down. A list of your clients will then appear.

Select your client’s Quickbooks Online file. (Note: If you would like to connect Hubdoc to a Quickbooks Online Accountant Company, select "Add app to firm" instead).
- Authorize Hubdoc to get access to the Quickbooks Online account.
