Sometimes product updates between Hubdoc and QuickBooks Online require you to reset the integration to resume normal feature functionality. Reset your QuickBooks Online connection by disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.
In the Hubdoc organisation, click the gear icon in the top right corner.
Select the Integrations tab and click Disconnect next to QuickBooks Online.
To re-connect, click Connect next to QuickBooks Online. It might take a minute or two.
Complete set up by selecting your firm name or company name.
If you're an accounting or bookkeeping partner setting up the integration on behalf of a client, select the client's QuickBooks Online file that you want to connect to. If you would like to connect Hubdoc to your Quickbooks Online Accountant Company, select "Add app to firm" instead.
