Congratulations you've bought your first ScanSnap. Even though ScanSnap cloud may not be available yet you will still see a tonne of time saving using ScanSnap Desktop and Hubdoc.
To install ScanSnap Desktop first go to: http://scansnap.fujitsu.com/global/dl/ and select the appropriate scanner from the list of options.
Once selected a list of operating systems will appear. Select the appropriate operating system. If you're not sure what your operating system is please see below:
- For Mac users: Click on the Apple Icon in the top left corner of your desktop and select "About this Mac"

After the appropriate operating system has been selected, click the "Display software list" button on the far right hand side.
ScanSnap will then direct to you to a page with a list of what software is available to download. Select "ScanSnap Installer" from the list of selected applications:
The following prompt will then appear, and you can download the app by clicking the button below when it appears.
Once it has downloaded, open the file and the following folder will appear. Double click on the ScanSnap Installer.
Once you have completed and accepted the terms of agreement and input your password, the necessary software files will begin downloading, and your screen will look like this.
When these downloads are complete, you will be prompted to enter your password. Upon entering your password, the ScanSnap will continue installing until the Scansnap manager appears. Within the manager you will follow the prompts and complete the installation.
Once you have completed all of the required steps for installation, you will also be asked if you'd like to set up the ScanSnap with a wireless connection.
Once you have done this, you will be shown the following page on your screen. When you click 'completed' your installation will finish.
