Blank Document Images

Once a document has been fetched or uploaded into Hubdoc, you will be able to review the source document directly in the platform. If the document image does not load or appears blank (grey screen), it may be due to your browser's Zoom settings. 

To troubleshoot and adjust your browser Zoom settings:

  1. Click 'View' from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  2. Click the 'Actual Size' option to return your browser to 100%. You can also use the keyboard shortcuts Command+0 (Mac) or Ctrl+0 (Windows). 

If the document image still appears blank, please submit a ticket.
