Troubleshoot documents not sending to SmartVault
If a document isn’t successfully publishing to SmartVault you might want to check the following scenarios:
You’re not connected to a SmartVault guest account
SmartVault guest accounts don’t have permission to create folders. If you’re connected to a SmartVault guest account, you must use the folder structure All documents in one folder.
The folder destination is copied correctly
Make sure the folder name is copied exactly as it’s displayed in SmartVault including spaces and special characters, for example ‘Nick’s Vault/Support Folder’.
The document hasn’t been published before
If a document has already been published, it doesn't automatically publish again, even if the file has been deleted in SmartVault. Click the link below to contact our support team if you need to manually republish a document to SmartVault.
