Add or update a direct account connection

Overview

  • Connect with financial institutions to automatically import recurring documents into Hubdoc.

Set up a new connection

  1. On the Hubdoc dashboard, click Add Account.
  2. Select the connection you want to set up. You’ll be temporarily redirected from Hubdoc to the direct connection’s portal to establish the connection.
  3. Enter your login credentials, then follow the prompts. Once the connection is established, you’ll be redirected back to Hubdoc.

Update an existing connection

  1. On the Hubdoc dashboard, click Add Account.
  2. Under Summary, next to the connection you want to update, click Update accounts.
