  2. For the account you need to update, click Edit credentials.
  3. Enter your updated login details, then click Update Account.

Delete a direct account connection

If you no longer want documents to automatically import for a particular supplier, delete the account connection.

  1. On the Hubdoc dashboard, click the settings icon in the top right hand corner.
  2. On the Automated Accounts tab, next to the account you want to disconnect, click Delete account.
  3. Click OK to confirm, then click Close.
  4. (Optional) Delete the old folder and all the documents in it.

What's next?

If you've updated a direct connection, publish the documents that import to create account transactions in QuickBooks Online or Xero (Xero Central website).
