Delete a document
Overview
- Delete individual documents from Hubdoc or delete a whole folder.
- Restore documents from the trash folder, or delete them permanently.
Delete a single document
- Find and open the document.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK to confirm.
Delete a folder of documents
Deleting a folder moves all documents in the folder to Trash, and removes the folder from the menu.
- Under FOLDERS, select the folder you want to delete.
- Click the arrow next to the folder, then select Delete Folder.
- Click OK to confirm.
Restore a deleted document
- Under FOLDERS, select Trash.
- Drag and drop the document to the relevant folder.
Empty the trash folder
Once a document has been emptied from the trash folder, it can’t be restored.
- Under FOLDERS, select Trash.
- Click the down arrow, then select Empty Trash.
