Once you have connected your Hubdoc account to your Xero account (click here for instructions on how to do so), it is time to configure your Hubdoc connections to push new bills to Xero.
1. Login to Hubdoc.
2. Navigate to Manage Accounts.
3. Select the account which you want to push to Xero.
4. Click on the link to the individual account. In the example below, Amazon Web Services, account XXXX6992.
5. Click on the 'Send to Xero' check box.
6. Select 'Purchase' or 'Expense'.
7. Select 'Draft' or 'Authorized'.
8. Select the Account Code and Contact Name which have been pulled from your Xero Chart of Accounts and Contact lists.
9. Select 'Save'.
