How do I change my email address?
Summary: Learn how to change the email address associated with your Hubdoc account. This is the email you use to log in to Hubdoc.
If you only have access to one Hubdoc organization
- Log in to Hubdoc.
- Select the Profile icon
in the top right corner.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your new email address in the Email and Confirm Email field.
- Select Save Changes.
Note: Please use the updated email address to log into Hubdoc moving forward. Your current password will remain the same unless they are updated.
If you have access to more than one Hubdoc organization
- Log in to Hubdoc.
- Select the Profile icon
in the top right corner of your Organizations Page.
- Select Profile in the dropdown.
- Enter your new email address in the Email and Confirm Email field.
- Select Save Changes.
Note: These steps do not allow you to change another organization's email address.
