Upgrade Your Account
To upgrade your account to paid status, you can follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Hubdoc account.
2. Click on 'Upgrade and Pricing' in the top right corner.
3. Click on the 'Upgrade Account' button.
4. Enter your credit card information and your billing address.
5. Click the 'Pay Now' button.
*Discover Card is not accepted by Hubdoc’s third party Payment Processor and therefore is not an accepted payment method for Hubdoc. We’re sorry for this inconvenience.
Please Note: If another Hubdoc user (like your accountant or bookkeeper) is presently paying for your account, they will first be required to downgrade your account into a nonpaying status before you can begin payment.
