You can invite your accountant or bookkeeper to access your Hubdoc account. Once added, your accountant or bookkeeper will have full access to your documents and be able to publish documents to a cloud accounting platform.
1. Log in to your Hubdoc account.
2. Click 'Accounts' in the top right corner.
3. Click on the 'Profile' tab.
4. Under the 'Invite users to access your Hubdoc account' heading, enter your bookkeeper's email address.
If your accountant or bookkeeper already has a Hubdoc account, they will have access to your account the next time they log in to Hubdoc. If your accountant or bookkeeper is new to Hubdoc, an email will be sent inviting them to create a Hubdoc account. Once they have completed the process, that Hubdoc user will have access to your account. Note: The collaborator function is not designed to provide multiple logins to the same account.
