Add a Note via Email

When you forward an email with a single document attached to that email to the unique email address affiliated with your Hubdoc account, you can add a note to the body of the email, and this note will appear in the "Notes" section within the Hubdoc web application. This feature does not work when you forward an email that does not have a document saved as an attachment to that email. This feature also does not work if you forward an email with multiple documents attached. 

To format the note, please type the message into your email like this:

#note your message #note

It may take a minute for your note to appear in the web application. 

The second #note is optional and it is used to close out a message. If you close your message with #note, Hubdoc will not include the email signature or any other writing in the note.
