Hubdoc is capable of forwarding documents to a multiple emails addresses customized for specific accounts.
To customize an email forwarding rule for a specific vendor:
1. Log into Hubdoc.
2. Click 'Accounts'.
3. Navigate to the 'Manage Accounts' tab.
4. Scroll down to the account you would like to set up an email forwarding rule for.
5. Click the 'Forward to email addresses' checkbox.
6. Select the email addresses the documents will be forwarded to by checking the boxes next to each email.
7. Click the 'Auto-send' checkbox to automatically forward the documents to the checked email addresses when they are processed in Hubdoc. This will eliminate the need to manually review the documents.
