Why is access to my client's account showing up as "Pending"?
If an accountant or bookkeeper begins paying for an existing Hubdoc account, the client will need to login to their existing Hubdoc account and grant the accountant or bookkeeper access to their Hubdoc account. Hubdoc will automatically present the client with the following pop-up.
As the bookkeeper waits for their client to grant them access to the existing Hubdoc account, the word 'Pending' will appear next to the client's name on the bookkeeper's Hubdoc Partner Portal. After the client grants the bookkeeper access to their Hubdoc account, the word 'Pending' will be replaced by 'Advisor.'
