Why isn't Hubdoc accepting my Credit Card?

You can pay for a Hubdoc account by clicking on the “Billing Information” tab in the Hubdoc account you wish to pay for. Then you can enter your credit card information.

Possible Issues:
1. Discover Card is not accepted by Hubdoc’s payment processor, so Hubdoc cannot accept this payment method. We’re sorry for this inconvenience.
2. As Hubdoc's payment processor is based in Canada, payments will appear in credit card statements as a Canadian transaction. For customers and/or credit cards outside of Canada, please ensure international transactions are enabled.
