If you use Xero, please raise a case on Xero Central, by clicking 'Hubdoc on Xero Central'.
If you do not have a Xero login, please click here for support.
The more information you give us, the faster we will be able to get to the bottom of the issue. Including:
- The email of the relevant user or client account.
- The name of the connection and account number (where relevant).
- Any screenshots of what you seem to be encountering if possible
