Submitting a Support Ticket
You can let us know about an issue by visiting www.hubdoc.com/support or by submitting a ticket on the Hubdoc web app.
1) Click on the profile icon from the dashboard.
2) Select "Submit a Ticket" from the dropdown menu.
If you use Xero, please submit a case on Xero Central for 24 hour Hubdoc support, by clicking 'Hubdoc on Xero Central'.
If you do not use Xero or have a Xero login, please click Access Helpdesk. A support team member will get back to you between Monday – Friday, 8am - 6pm EST.
The more information you give us, the faster we will be able to get to the bottom of the issue. Including:
- The email of the relevant user or client account.
- The name of the connection and account number (where relevant).
- Any screenshots of what you seem to be encountering if possible
