Submitting a Support Ticket

You can let us know about an issue by submitting a ticket on the Hubdoc web app.

1) Click on the profile icon from the dashboard.

2) Select "Submit a Ticket" from the dropdown menu. 


This will direct you to our Xero Central support login. If you do not have a Xero Organization, click on the link below the green login button: 


A support team member will get back to you between Monday – Friday, 8am - 6pm EST. The more information you give us, the faster we will be able to get to the bottom of the issue. 


  • The email of the relevant user or client account.
  • The name of the connection and account number (where relevant).
  • Any screenshots of what you seem to be encountering if possible
