Change Box Folder Destination

The default behaviour of the Hubdoc-Box integration is to create a Hubdoc folder in the parent directory of your Box account and to put all documents that are being sent to Box in that folder. You can change the folder location to a specific Box folder if you wish. 

1. Login to Hubdoc. 

2. Click on the 'Accounts' link.

3. Navigate to the 'Destinations' tab. 

4. Hit the 'Change' link beside the Destination Folder.

5. Enter in your Box Folder ID and hit the Update button. 

Don't know your Box folder id?

To locate the folder id of the folder where you want Hubdoc to send your documents, please login to your Box account and click on the specific host folder.

In the web address bar, you should see something like this (

The ####### section is the folder id. Enter this # in the box within Hubdoc.
