Remove staff from your practice and client organisations

Overview

  • Remove staff access to client organisations or your Hubdoc practice.

Remove staff access from a client's Hubdoc organisation

  1. In any Hubdoc organisation’s dashboard, click the organisation name, then select My Hubdoc.
  2. In the Partner portal screen, select the Manage practice users tab.
  3. Click the staff member’s name.
  4. Next to the client's organisation name, clear the checkbox.
  5. Click Save.

You can also remove staff access from the Users tab within the client’s Hubdoc organisation.

Remove staff from your Hubdoc practice

Deleting a staff member in Hubdoc removes their access to your Hubdoc practice and all client organisations.

  1. In any Hubdoc organisation’s dashboard, click the organisation name, then select My Hubdoc.
  2. In the Partner portal screen, select the Manage practice users tab. 
  3. Click the staff member’s name. 
  4. Click Remove user.
  5. Click Remove user again to confirm.
