Update your Hubdoc payment details
Overview
Update your credit card or billing address details for your Hubdoc organisation
WARNING | This article is for non-Xero users who use Hubdoc. If you use Xero, you need to follow these steps to update your Hubdoc payment details (Xero Central website).
If you're a small business owner
- Log in to your Hubdoc organisation.
- On the dashboard, click the settings icon in the top right hand corner.
- Select the Billing Information tab, then click Upgrade Account.
- Update your credit card details and billing address, then click Pay Now.
If you're an accountant or bookkeeper
- Log in to your Hubdoc practice organisation.
- On the dashboard, click the settings icon in the top right hand corner.
- Select the Billing Information tab.
- Update your credit card information and billing address, then click Pay Now.
TIP | If documents were imported while the organisation was in a non-paying state, manually upload them again so the documents go through the extraction process.
